How it works...

Initial Consultation

    • Meet with Keith (via video call), and talk about a range of topics to help understand you and help to set attainable goals. The more detail you provide, the better I can tailor your program to suit your goals and life.

K2FIT

  • You will be invited to the K2FIT mobile application where your training program and nutrition will be available to you at your fingertips. This includes video demos of each movement, reminders, and coaching notes from Keith.

  • Check-ins to track progress can be conducted in a variety of ways, and the method will be determined as an agreement between you and your Coach during your initial consultation.

Training and Nutrition updates

  • During your initial consultation, you will help your coach design a training program and nutrition plan that fits your availability, goals, and likes. You can also work with your Coach to make program modifications as needed at any time during your program.

  • You will receive nutrition guidance periodically throughout your program designed to help you enjoy your diet plan, and still achieve your goals and lifestyle. As a nutritionist, I can provide you with a wide variety of ways to succeed nutritionally.

Single Consultation

WHAT’S INCLUDED...

  • One time 60-90 Minute 1:1 Live Consultation (Via video chat) with Keith

  • Review of questionnaire collecting:

    1. Diet and Training history

    2. Lifestyle

    3. Body metrics

    4. Other environmental data points which will influence the development of your plan.

  • Determining goals and translating to S.M.A.R.T. goal setting format.

  • Development of a customized training and nutrition program, tailored to your body composition goals.

  • The formation of customized nutritional strategies, suggestions, and a plan which will aim to modify your current dietary habits to achieve your nutrition and health goals

  • Question and answer session pertaining to nutrition and training answered and explained by Keith

  • If you find that you require further support after your consultation, feel free to schedule a follow-up every 4 weeks or consider signing up for our Weekly Training services.
