My name is Keith W. Koch, and I started K2 Fitness (K2FIT), with one goal in mind: to use my decade plus of knowledge and experience leading men and women to craft their bodies into machines, and help as many people as I can to reach their fitness goals. Whether you are trapped in self-doubt, or ready to take it up a notch, we can make a plan.

I have lived an athletic lifestyle from the start, between wilderness adventures and sports, I was always active. I got serious with my training at 15, and due to specificity fell in love with plyometrics and HIIT style training initially before broadening my skillset. Anything to make me a more explosive athlete, I was in. These traits served me well in the next decade, as a young athlete, and later a Petty Officer in the USN, and finally (believe it or not) a Sergeant of Marines ('rah). As I grew I added more to the toolbox, found new depths of passion gleaned from leaders, and found a love for nutrition and the body's function.

I also discovered a problem that many of my family and friends were experiencing. A severely negative relationship with food fueled by the misinformation machine that is "Diet" trends, and an overwhelmed look every time they considered climbing back up the hill to fitness. At times, I could see how ALL of it would be exhausting if you were trying to make a change. Where do you start?

Core values of dicipline, work ethic, and accountability that are universal to success are the common language of achievers. I instill an attention to these tenants in my clients to ensure consistent and reliable results, along with making the process simple and easy to understand. Consistency creates success, and knowledge allows you to be even more efficient.

K2FIT makes holistic training enjoyable, educational, and transformational.
