{"id":6037,"date":"2021-08-01T12:21:19","date_gmt":"2021-08-01T19:21:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bornfitness.com\/?p=6037"},"modified":"2022-02-17T20:19:11","modified_gmt":"2022-02-18T03:19:11","slug":"baked-eggs-and-veggies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bornfitness.com\/baked-eggs-and-veggies\/","title":{"rendered":"Baked Eggs and Veggies"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Baked Eggs &amp; Veggies Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 cup red onion, diced<\/li>\n<li>1 red bell pepper, sliced thin<\/li>\n<li>5 cups squash, cubed<\/li>\n<li>6-8 cups collard greens, chopped<\/li>\n<li>4 small sausage links, chopped<\/li>\n<li>4 eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp feta<\/li>\n<li>Drizzle olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Fresh thyme<\/li>\n<li>Salt and Pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How To<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 375 degrees.<\/li>\n<li>In a hot skillet with olive oil, saut\u00e9 onions, bell pepper, and squash for 8-10 minutes. Add greens cooking until wilted.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer veggie mix to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add sausage and fresh thyme.<\/li>\n<li>Create 4 trenches for your eggs. Using a ramekin for each egg, slowly drop one egg in each trench. Bake for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add feta.
