{"id":6018,"date":"2021-07-20T11:35:29","date_gmt":"2021-07-20T18:35:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bornfitness.com\/?p=6018"},"modified":"2021-07-20T11:35:29","modified_gmt":"2021-07-20T18:35:29","slug":"chocolate-chia-protein-pudding","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bornfitness.com\/chocolate-chia-protein-pudding\/","title":{"rendered":"Chocolate Chia Protein Pudding"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The addition of chia seeds in this dessert increases fiber (keeps you feeling fuller longer) and omega-3 (heart-healthy).<\/p>\n<h2>Chocolate Chia Protein Pudding Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>Yields 3 servings<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tbsp coconut sugar or sugar substitute<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa<\/li>\n<li>1 scoop unflavored protein powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 cups unsweetened regular or vanilla almond milk<\/li>\n<li>5 tbsp chia seeds<\/li>\n<li>Toppings: lots of raspberries and a pinch of coconut flakes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How To<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine cocoa powder, coconut sugar, protein powder, vanilla extract, and 1\/4 cup almond milk.<\/li>\n<li>Mix well to form a thick chocolate mixture. Add remaining almond milk. Mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Add chia seeds. Mix again! Make sure chia seeds are evenly distributed.
