Cut into 1 \u201d pieces<\/li>\n<li>4 large sausage links, casing removed and divided into quarter size pieces (hot Italian works great and adds some heat)<\/li>\n<li>1 large head cauliflower, \u201criced\u201d<\/li>\n<li>1 large green bell pepper, diced<\/li>\n<li>1 jalape\u00f1o, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 medium onion, diced<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>15-18 large shrimp, deveined<\/li>\n<li>10 oz cherry tomatoes (about 40)<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Creole seasoning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 425.<\/li>\n<li>Line a baking sheet with foil. Place chicken and sausage on baking sheet.<\/li>\n<li>Top with prepared vegetables (cauliflower, pepper, jalape\u00f1o, onion, garlic). Add a few shakes of Creole seasoning and bake for 10 minutes (veggies will be crisp).<\/li>\n<li>While the first part of the jambalaya is cooking: Combine shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and olive oil with a few dashes of Creole seasoning in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Add tomato\/shrimp mix to the baking sheet and cook for an additional 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Mix and serve!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
