I got you covered with this Taco Salad variation.<\/p>\n<p>Why I love it: Taco&#8230;enough said.<\/p>\n<h2>Taco Salad Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lean ground turkey, cooked and seasoned with taco seasoning<\/li>\n<li>Greens (romaine, kale, or spring mix), chopped<\/li>\n<li>Avocado, sliced<\/li>\n<li>Red Bell Pepper, sliced<\/li>\n<li>Corn removed from cob<\/li>\n<li>Black Beans, rinsed and drained<\/li>\n<li>Salsa<\/li>\n<li>Plain Greek Yogurt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Taco Salad Directions<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Assemble vegetables on top of greens.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with a spoon full of each salsa and yogurt (this will act as your dressing).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Need a little extra carbs? Add 1-2 corn tortillas to wrap all this goodness up.
