No cooking skills needed.<\/p>\n<h2><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">Ingredients<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Precooked rotisserie chicken (how easy is that?), skin removed and chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 cup Kalamata olives, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 cup red onion, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>1 package reduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled<\/li>\n<li>1 bunch baby arugula<\/li>\n<li>2-3 small plum tomato, diced<\/li>\n<li>Small tortilla shells (flour or corn)<\/li>\n<li>Optional dressing: plain greek yogurt + fresh chopped dill + lemon juice dressing + S&amp;P<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">Directions<\/b><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>In a small skillet on low heat toss together 2 handfuls chicken + a small handful each of: olives, raw onion + feta + baby arugula.<\/li>\n<li>Combine and cook for 2 minutes until the feta starts to melt and the olives warm slightly.<\/li>\n<li>Scoop the warm mixture into toasted tortillas.<\/li>\n<li>Top with fresh
