Stevia or raw unfiltered honey<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd scoop protein powder**<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bc tsp. cinnamon <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd tsp. vanilla extract<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 cup egg whites <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 whole eggs, pasture-raised<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bc cup unsweetened non-dairy milk<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tbsp. maple syrup, grade B<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 slices turkey bacon, uncured &amp; nitrate-free \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 pitted dates, chopped \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tbsp. grass-fed butter<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">**We used Athletic Greens grass-fed whey isolate, vanilla<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a small saute pan on medium-high heat, cook bacon until crispy. Removed bacon from pan, crumble into small bits and set aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the dry ingredients\u2014oats, chia, baking powder, Stevia, protein powder and cinnamon\u2014in a blender or food processor. Pulse until smooth. Set aside<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whisk the eggs, egg whites &amp; milk in a medium mixing bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take a paper towel to wipe the pan clean, then add 1 tsp. butter to grease. On medium-heat heat, add \u00bc pancake batter. Add \u00bc chopped dates and crumbled bacon on top. When batter begins to bubble, it\u2019s ready to flip.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with maple syrup and grass-fed butter. To cut down on the sugar, mix the maple syrup with equal parts water and 1 tbsp. butter. Heat in microwave for 15 seconds, stir and pour over pancakes.
