The hard part: Waiting for it to marinate in the fridge\u00a0without digging in prematurely.<\/p>\n<h2>Born Fitness Recipes: Seafood Ceviche<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Prep time:<\/strong>\u00a020 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serving size:<\/strong> about\u00a04\u00a0servings<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 pound of shrimp, sliced<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 pound of scallops, sliced<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup lime juice<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>6 green onions, minced<\/li>\n<li>2 cup diced tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>1 serrano pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon sriracha<\/li>\n<li>2 sprigs fresh cilantro<\/li>\n<li>1 avocado, sliced<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup chopped parsley<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>In a casserole dish (Pyrex or ceramic), place the seafood, onion, tomatoes, serrano pepper, salt, and sriracha.<\/li>\n<li>Cover with lime and lemon juice.<\/li>\n<li>Let sit covered in the refrigerator for an hour, then stir, making sure more of the\u00a0seafood\u00a0is covered in the\u00a0juices.<\/li>\n<li>Let sit for another 3-4 hours, giving time for the flavors to blend.<\/li>\n<li>Top\u00a0with chopped cilantro and parsley and slices of avocado.
