I love that you mentioned, if you’re not in a state of ketosis you’re just doing another low carb diet. A common mistake I see with many interested in following a ketogenic approach. In my personal opinion, if you don’t get keto right it may be one of the worst approaches to nutrition you can follow. But that’s a conversation to be explored at another time 🙂
