From a metabolic and science perspective you nailed it on how weight loss happens. Calories in and calories out. While that concept is simple, that doesn’t mean it is easy for everyone.

As humans we have a lot of external and internal influences that can make weight loss difficult. Most people who are struggling to lose weight know they need to manage their calories, but face all kinds of obstacles in their life that can make it hard. For that reason, being told to eat in a calorie defict can be frustrating.

The body has an incredible way of responding in opposition when it senses initial weight loss—everything from changes in NEAT to hormones that ramp up cravings. Calories in and calories out will drive weight loss and that is great if it is easy for someone, but for the many who struggle—well, that is when learning how to navigating obstacles becomes important. It can be a process to change behaviors, but that ultimately that is how someone builds consistency and gets results.

Weight loss is simple, all you need is to count your calories, how much you burn in one day, according to your lifestyle, and then eat fewer calories than that, and in two or three months you will lose your body weight. I don’t know why people make it so complicated, all you need is to track your calorie intake and that’s it.

They stop eating their favorite dessert which will break their willpower and that makes an adverse effect on the body. What they need to do is, just google the meaning of Diet. It says and I quote, “Dieting is the practice of eating food in a Regulated and Supervised fashion to decrease, maintain, or increase body weight”.
