However I feel like my gains are so few and far between. I do everything right. I have been training crossfit consistently, I am an elite athlete in my region, however my powerlifting and Olympic lifting maxes have been the same for almost 6 months. I switch my programs every day. I eat enough protein. I use 80 percent of my maxes often in my training. I am still not getting any bigger or stronger. My deadlift is 165kg, back squat is 135kg bench press is 97kg, Clean and Jerk is 102, Snatch is 76. I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. It’s been like this for too long. I need help
