A 400 calorie protein bar is more of a meal replacement altogether. I’d like to think majority of gym goers are after a protein snack on-the-go which should fit the criteria mentioned.

Also, 15g of sugar feels way too high for a 200 calorie bar. Carb Killa, a popular protein bar is only 2g, I beleive Quest is even less?

I agree with pretty much everything else 🙂

Thanks for this awesome article you put up. It’s easy to get confused when looking for the right protein bar even though you read the ingredients but don’t have any clue to what it means. Then well all hope’s lost, you pick the most familiar/well known bar and end up with a candy bar dresses as a protein bar. Anyhow. thanks again.
