There is no cookie cutter answer to diet and everyone expects to see the same results as everyone else with diet programs. It can be frustrating! I see people go on a diet like Keto all the time because their friend saw success but they end up with cholesterol/heart problems while other people who go on Keto and have great lab results. Just because they can lose weight and look better doesn’t mean they are “healthier.” At my place of work we look at LDL particle number. It sounds like Apo B is a similar alternative. Do you happen to know the difference?
